I'm going to show you a basic wire wrap first, then I'll insert instructions for adding the dangle to a closed ring as they are needed.

STEP 1
Using a 2" headpin, stack some attractive beads - you could use a small lampwork bead and crystals, or here I've used a couple of Swarovski
® crystals separated by a pewter heishe.

Using your flat nose pliers, grab the headpin just above the top bead...

STEP 1b
...and bend the wire backwards.

STEP 2
Using the round nose pliers, grip the wire a couple of millimeters above the bend.

Bend the wire in a fluid motion as shown in the following photographs.

STEP 3
You will end up with the wire bent as pictured on the left.

OPTIONAL STEP 3
If you are attaching the dangle to a closed toggle ring,
make the loop large enough to go around the ring
plus give you some "swing room" - then attach
the dangle to the ring of the toggle clasp.

STEP 4
Using your flat nose pliers, grip the top of the loop (not too hard, you don't want to scratch it!) and begin wrapping the wire around the vertical part of the headpin.

OPTIONAL STEP 4
Using your flat nose pliers,
grip the top of the dangle's loop
just below the toggle ring
and begin wrapping.

STEP 5
Be sure to get the first wrap as close to the first bend as you can (where you bent it backwards in step 1b.)
STEP 6
Continue wrapping the wire until you fill up the empty space between the first bend and the top of the first bead.
STEP 7
Using your flush cutters, cut the excess wire as close to the wrap as possible.
And here's the dangle attached to the toggle ring - you're done!
