The main bead in this picture is a hollow periwinkle bead measuring approximately 16mm from hole to hole and 21mm wide.  It is decorated with white flowers with orange centers, green raised dots and flat black dots.

I've included a white lampwork spacer bead, some sterling heishe spacers, a Czech glass bead, and a few Swarovski crystal dangles to finish it off.
