I've
made tiger beads before... but not quite like these. These are
made a la' Corina courtesy of her fabulous new book. The
difference in these and the others I've made is rather than using gold
aventurine mixed in with the stripes, these have a tiny bit of silvered
ivory. The silvered ivory gives a bubbly appearance under the surface -
kinda like ole Tony has been rolling in the dirt (which you just KNOW
he's been doing!)
The
focal bead measures measures 13mm from hole-to-hole by 18mm tall.
The other two tiger beads measure 11mm by 16.5mm.
The two spacer beads are ocher with black swirls. They measure
8mm by 13mm. I've also included some antique gold-finished pewter
heishe spacers for some POP!
